Geographical scope of the project

This is a national and international project designed to be shown in at least six cities - including Liverpool, Tokyo, Paris, Sydney, Perth and Kingston - in five countries linked to the 'racial heritage' of the initial contributors. The first show is planned to be in Liverpool (at ISEA98), linking groups from this city with groups in Manchester and London. In stages 1 and 2, the project applies itself actively to the specific social make-up of the locality in which each show is sited. Because of the sensitive nature of the project, its initial stages will be undertaken by means of exhaustive local consultation in the region where it is to be exhibited.
